I'm currently trying to become a reformed couch potato and get back into working out. I've posted here and there about my attempts but I guess I'm looking for a little encouragement. I'm doing Daily Burn True Beginner, Walk Away the Pounds, and hopping on my exercise bike 2-3x weekly. Plus doing some free weights. I'm not a gym person because I hate being around people in my free time and I'm not nearly coordinated enough for Zumba, et al. I'm also doing Myfitnesspal. I know things aren't going to change overnight but I think I'm just feeling a little discouraged and tempted to say 'fuck this', eat a big bag of cheese curls, and wash it down with a Pepsi.
